MissionVet is a rapidly growing emergency and specialty hospital that provides advanced care for San Antonio pets on a referral basis from primary care veterinarians. Our staff of Client Service Specialists provides service for the front desk through greeting and checking in clients, answering phones, checking out clients, organizing medical records, and contributing towards general marketing of the practice.

A high school diploma is required. Ideally, two years of medical, veterinary or dental office client service is recommended, but not required. The successful candidate will be required to answer a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, operate basic office machines, process payments, reconcile payments, utilize Microsoft Outlook, and organize files. We need individuals that are quick thinkers, thrive in a fast paced environment, and multitask effectively. The position is full-time and may require night or weekend shifts.
